In reference with the 43/2011 executive meeting of Chulalongkorn University on November 9, 2011, the meeting panel resolved that the opening of the second semester of the 2011 academic year will be on Tuesday December 13, 2011 and the opening of the summer semester will be on Wednesday April 18, 2012. For flood-affected students who have difficulties in commuting or seeking accommodation, the faculty/college/institute will be in charge of these responsibilities until the flood situation becomes better.
As for the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Veterinary Science, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Faculty of Allied Health Science, students who have completed their studies as required in the curriculum can get graduation approval from the faculty within March 2012. Students can request for graduation online starting from January 9, 2012.
CU Flood-affected personnel can ask their office directly to take time off without any deductions being made from their annual leave limitation.  |

The Faculty of Veterinary Science of Chulalongkorn University together with the Thai Veterinary Medical Association under Royal Patronage, the Thai Swine Veterinary Association and the Swine Raisers Association of Thailand and Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL., CP Fresh Mart will sell eggs, fresh ingredients and pork to flood-hit consumers at low prices during 10 – 11 November 2011, starting from 9.30 hr onwards. The pork price is 99 baht per kilo, with goods available 800 kilos a day.
The selling venue is nearby a guardhouse at the Small Animal Teaching Hospital, Faculty of Veterinary Science, Chulalongkorn University, Henry-Dunont road, Pathumwan, Bangkok. For inquiries, please call 02-2189554-8
