Chulalongkorn University together with the Friends in Need (of “Pa”) Volunteers Foundation, Thai Red Cross Society, has set up Friends in Need (of “Pa”) Center for Flood Relief Coordination and Donation Distribution at Chulalongkorn University. The center serves as a temporary shelter for flood victims and a central unit for distributing donated supplies to people in flood-hit areas.
